Consent for SMS Communication

By signing up to receive text messages from Horizons Counseling & Wellness Center, you consent to receive appointment reminders, communication from our support team, and other important updates at the phone number you provided. These messages may be sent using an auto-dialing system. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive services from us. The phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Horizons Counseling & Wellness Center, you may receive messages related to:

Our SMS message frequency will range from 0 to 1000 text messages per day across all users.

Customers can opt-in for SMS messaging through our intake forms on the website at www.horizonscwc.com. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-Out

To opt-out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any SMS message from us, text STOP to 801-931-0488, or email info@horizonscwc.com. You may also call our office directly. Once you unsubscribe, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages.
